I wouldn't have a staff club.. unless we allow people to join multiple clubs.
We could call them guilds, or unions.

Yeah your right but I think we should allow people to join only one club,and for the club name yeah Union should be a good name.

So members can create a union. This was discussed before, i think we called it a guild then^^ Though it wasn't discussed further.
Below are the features that will probably be available.
Club Battles: Player vs. Player between Clubhouses.
Built in Healing Centre: (Premium) Reduced cost of Public Centre.
Item Storage: Donate unneeded items to the storage.
Item Storage: Request an item from the storage (Given by Club owner)
Money Box: Donate Money to the club coffers
Money Box: Club owner can give this money to poorer guild members.
Mini Battle Area: (Premium) Fight an opponent with matched skills to your own.
Asst. Owner: The owner can choose an assistant owner to manage the club.

I do like this idea, but I would be careful calling them 'unions' purely because of the commercial connotations. Trade unions aren't seen in a good light, generally, so perhaps call them Factions or Houses. You could even go with Tribes or Clans. I do like a good Clan war. =D

Then guild? Unless different regions call it different things? Like I can imagine 'clan' in Shroshi, yet the buzzing life in Helmia may call them registered guilds.

What about a Club for people who want to trade we can call it the Trading Central or post

I don't think trading would be in quite the same category. Trading is something done by everyone (within reason, obviously) while the guilds/houses/clans would be for a particular trade, or a family group or even a hobby or interest, not mainstream commercial activities.

Yes I know that but some guilds or clubs have it where they have avatar lending like lending items for club members only,and or newbie packs,and or stuff for club members for giveaways.

Well members would create that themselves wouldn't they? I've seen such things be done before. Trading itself is already available, user can trade between themselves. I think pet trading is also available.
